Research Interests:

The unifying theme to my research is the comparative study of the fossil and sub-fossil records of bivalves and brachiopods.  I use many different analytical tools to accomplish this, depending on the questions being asked.  Current projects utilize computer-assisted image analysis, geometric morphometrics, amino acid racemization dating, trace element analysis, stable isotopes (carbon and oxygen), univariate and multivariate statistics, and computer intensive statistical methods.
